Zibozan® is an industrial xanthan gum biopolymer utilized as viscosifier in oilfield drilling, workover, and completion fluids. Low viscosity It is a high molecular weight polysaccharide produced by fermentation of corn starch and beans protein with Xanthomonas Campestris.
